Lightweight but still capable; great for touch-ups or detail work
This has been the perfect trimmer for when I need to do a quick touch-up but don't want to get the full-size clippers out. It is very lightweight but still has enough power to get through foliage and thin stems when using the trimmer attachment. The clipper attachment has a bit more cutting ability, and works well when cutting down perennials, or for giving an edging trim for creeping evergreens. I don't use it for grass trimming (use a string trimmer for that) but I expect it would handle grass and weeds very well based on how it has performed with perennials. Swapping the blades is simple but keep in mind this is not a heavy-duty machine. If you take care when swapping blades there's no issue with anything breaking. It uses the same 20v battery as other Worx machines. I have a few of those, so I got this as the tool-only version. The ergonomics are very good -- this is way more comfortable to use than other similar mini clippers I've tried. It won't come close to replacing a full size hedge trimmer, but it's effortless to use and a very good option for light trimming.

Small and light trimmer
Nice handheld bush clippers. No chord to accidentally cut. Has quick change trim attachments. Battery lasts forever.Did 10 bushes and battery never died.Uses dead man switch so you have to keep your finger on the switch. Gets tiring after awhile. It's light and you can get get some nice cuts on a bush Cuts pretty thick branches. Very handy tool.

They work great but are very tuff to and sharpen
5 stars for fit and function. They beats hand clippers a million times over especially if you have arthritis and they run forever on the 20 v battery. 1 star for because they are almost impossible to re sharpen and replacement heads are expensive.

Great little tool
Great little tool. I wanted something lightweight and easy to use. Previously I have been cutting back my lilies with sheers. The plants multiply yearly, and takes a long time. These sheers cut through the stalks like butter. Next I'm going to try using the longer attachment on my rose bushes. This has a lot of power. Very happy I bought it.

Much easier than clipping by hand
I had been using a hand clipper to trim grass when gardening, but that was hard on my wrist and took a lot of time. I'd had a rechargeable clipper many years ago and was not impressed with its battery life (short), so I was hesitant to buy one again, but they have come a long way, and this shear is great. I have only charged it once since I got it and it keeps going, hasn't needed another charge yet. It works quietly and smoothly and is very lightweight and easy to use. It also has a shrub trimmer blade, but I haven't used that yet, although I have no reason to think it wouldn't be just as nice as the shear. Very glad I made this purchase, well worth the money, as it makes gardening so much easier, and my wrists appreciate it too.

Great for smaller shrubs and landscaping, but works on the big stuff too.
We just purchased this trimmer. I already have several other Worx brand outdoor tools. All have been top notch products. We have a lot of smaller plants and shrubs in our landscaping and this size trimmer is perfect for our needs. The grass trimmer attachment is an added bonus. Changing cutter heads is simple and NO tools needed. Both cutter heads come with a nice plastic cover. Worx batteries now come with a display to see how much charge they have and are compatible with other Worx products. I highly recommend this product. Edit: 01/24/2025 This trimmer is still going strong and I use it weekly in the spring and summer. I just found replacement batteries on Amazon. I ordered one to have as a back up even though my original battery is still good and holds a charge for a long time.

Great Sprinkler Head Trimmer
This little tool is exactly what I have needed and looked for for years. I use it almost exclusively for trimming around my lawns sprinkler heads. I've never been happy with the job my gardeners do on my Saint Augustine grass. With this tool I can really trim to a fine degree and I don't worry about running the cutting heads into the dirt because I've seen no affect. Very handy, love this tool!

Very disappointed. It was first n foremost my mistake that i didn't check the content properly. It's battery n charger is not included. Now, I am trying to buy but it is not sold in India OMG!!!! Now What should I do with the machine ?????

When this item was delivered I found my Worx battery did not fit it, and subsequently found out that it was an American pattern. There was no mention of that on the sales page which was pretty poor. Now I need to return it, which is a real waste of time for everyone. Why have an American product on a UK page?

The US uses different worx batteries to Australian Worx batteries. Worx 20v batteries purchased in Australia will not fit this item, DO NOT PURCHASE. Worx should not be sending this to Australia and at worst should have a disclaimer. Why different batteries???????

I also have the large Worx trimmer, which is great for trimming trees and large bushes, however, when it comes to trimming small bushes, such as Heather this smaller trimmer is excellent. The fact that it uses the same batteries is great, while looking for a trimmer I saw others obviously, one that gave 45 minutes on a charge. Well the other day I was in the garden for 3 to 4 hours trimming all the different small hedges, and when I finished, I still had almost a full charge definitely a positive. The other positive is the grass trimmer attachment that enables me to trim edges that my string trimmer cannot do effectively, I suppose the downside to it is that I have to purchase an extension pole as I donโt want to spend hours on my hands and knees. I guess if I have not necessarily a criticism, but more a suggestion, is that they could make the head a swivel head as some of the competition has and also make the power switch an on off switch for those of us with arthritis in our hands as it is very difficult to continually hold the spring loaded button. All in all a 10 out of 10, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a mini hedge trimmer.
