What health benefits is this supposed to provide, are there any studies? Did it help you?

I have been taking Indium XL since 2008. It gives me more energy. It helps me to focus better. My dreams are more vivid. It also gives me an overall sense of well-being. After age 29, indium levels go down naturally. I keep several bottles on hand. I can’t speak of studies done for Indium XL, only for what it has done for me. I would not waste buying something that doesn’t work for me. Have a great day.
