So many uses! Solid product that introduces flexibility
I've used this product in several situations, to make adapter and other plugs fit into outlets where they otherwise would not. In the picture is yet another example. These have been in use for a couple of years in our house, and are working well and look brand new.

Using for a recessed round floor socket
I had an unusual situation. I have a round floor socket where the sockets themselves are kind of recessed into its round brown housing. Due to the round housing and rounded recessed sockets, I couldn't find a socket extender that was round or small enough to allow its prongs to fit all the way into the socket. I purchased a couple other models which were a simple 1.7 inch cube that had additional sockets on its 4 exposed sides, but the cube shape was still too large to properly fit...like putting a square peg into a round hole. I purchased this and it was perfect. It is thin and has an indent on its side which allowed its prongs to fit snugly and all the way into the floor outlet. The photo I took is probably not that great since it shows the second floor plug covered but it can actually plug in so that the second floor socket can be used in addition to the the other three sockets for a total of 4 available sockets. Will probably paint it brown to match the floor housing. Five stars for me and my needs.

Good product, but has a strong PVC smell
These 3-way vertical outlet taps are good quality, but they have a strong PVC smell. They still smell even after a week.

Great product! Has cUL certification which is good for Canada and USA. Most electrical wall taps do not have this on Amazon. Recommend this product.

Built solid, works great
Smaller then my other 3 plug extension, and going up/down not left/right makes it the best of what I now own. Just wish it was outside rated.
