I am pleased with how this book offers easy suggestions for self care to my specific sign. I’ve also recommended this book to several friends but suggested they obviously get their own sign. It’s small, an easy read for a raining day or lazy Sunday. Packed with rituals for self care for my specific sign. A wonderful addition to my library

A list of self care items based on the zodiac
This book gave me a good list of things that I could do to increase my level of self-care based on my zodiac sign, Libra. The first half of the book tells you about the signs while the second half is a list of self care things to do based on your individual sign. It reminded me of things that I enjoyed to do as a child that I should get back to. I would definitely recommend if someone needs some ideas on self-care.

It’s what you expect from the title of the book. Includes brief introduction to astrology, sings, ruling planets, elements. The self care aspect are interesting... some that are easy to do (cloud watching), some that isn’t (travel the world)

Ironically enough I already do a lot of the activities listed but there were some that were new and I will consider trying.

Being a libra, and suffering PTSD, Grief, and depression. I thought this a neat book to develop some new caring habits. Everything is simple, but not Libra based, could be a good book for anyone, Taurus, any sign, and that why I feel it is overpriced, it is not anything special.
