Good heater, but a bit noisy The MYLEK Over Door Heater 2000W does its job very well and heats up the area quickly. The build quality feels solid and features like the thermostat, timer, remote control and LED display are very useful and easy to use. Installation above the door was straightforward and the unit looks neat once fitted. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy during operation, especially on higher settings. Overall, it’s a good value for money product and I would recommend it despite the noise.

The item itself is easy to fit, set up is not too hard to follow and once installed operates well. I'm using it in my kitchen which gets a bit chilly when no cooking is going on, so the idea is to balance the heat with the rest of the house and that seems to be working fine. Fan is not overly powerful but does for where it is. Impressive number of functions, giving great scope for 7 days with up to 6 different settings within each day. More than enough for standard domestic settings. Just a few minor points for fitting :- There is no template for marking up for screw holes but made my own. The holes for the screws are not standard key hole type but entry slide over and up. But more secure. It is not clear from any pictures or perhaps I missed it but power cable exits from right hand side as you face heater for mounting. Point to note when locating a supply point. I had to run cable from supply point 2 metres away to left. Supplied cable is about 60 cm long so not too much flexibility in placing. Print on instructions needs to be a bit bigger for us old geezers ! Overall good for its price. Time will tell for durability.

The product was delivered on schedule. Installation was easy and operation with the remote control very easy. The heat output is good, but more would be better. The hot air curtain concept is ideally suited to our kitchen which is not part of the house central heating system. The price was excellent and the heater very well packaged. In use it is unobtrusive and occupies very little space above a kitchen door. I can recommend this without hesitation.

I was looking for a wall heater to install in my son's newly renovated all electric flat. Having looked at the plethora of heaters out there I finally settled on this one. The price point, dimensions and features were deciding factors. The heater arrived well packaged and was very easy to fit above the bathroom door. I had to cut off the moulded plug and extend the flex to reach the nearest plug socket inside a cupboard in the bathroom. The little remote works very well and is now stuck to the wall with some velcro tape. The heater as described has two heat settings. 1kw and 2kw both of which kick out good heat. When operating the fan produces some noise of course, but it's not obtrusive. It's very simple to operate but I haven't tried to program it at all. I think my son will simply turn it on when he needs it,although having the ability to have it warm the room before you get up in the morning is great. I recommend the heater for its functionality, features, price and it looks good too.

The actual heater is not bad but the remote control is so cheap and does not work properly. Have been looking for a replacement but can't find one that would be compatible

Installed a heater for some changing rooms, and does exactly what is says on the tin. Not a powerful fan or down draught, but good enough to do what I wanted from it. It was easy to measure up for and install. The only thing I found during installation was that, as it comes with a fitted plug, you may need an electrician to chop it off to feed the cable through a wall and re-connect the other side if required, but nothing that deflects from the use and function of the product.

This is a reasonable heater for use in a small to medium size room, or a large shed, in my case... soon warms it up though. Only problem is, it has a rather noisy fan (rattles) and the air doesn't blast out... more like a gentle bbreeze.

Great little heater, took 5mins to get mounted on wall and working. Good heat output, not loud and easy to set up timers. Unfortunately; about 7days later, there was no heat coming from the unit. But the excellent customer service, after some help from the seller, I had another one sent which has been fine so far! All in all, great heater and great seller.
