Love these! Got them for a gift for my girlfriend to use at her desk to use to relief stress and overwhelm. These stress balls come In a cute container to keep conveniently on or in work desk. They also have three different resistances to choose from according to your needs. They were all that we were looking for. Perfect for use on the high stress days or on down time to keep the mind at rest.

I love these stress balls because they aren’t a weird foamy material, they feel like a cool gel squishy! I really like the softer pink one because it still has enough resistance to use as a stress ball and it’s soft enough to just relax and squeeze.

Since I received these balls, I carried one of them in my pocket giving me the opportunity to put it out and do my hand exercises as necessary. Size and weight are beneficial.

Great feel! Good progression from soft - medium - hard. I would prefer the "hard" be firmer but still provides good resistance.

I found this product great and well made. I like having two levels of firmness

I have a damaged hand so I use it trying to get more strength in my automatically so I use only use the softball right thank you. but eventually I’ll use the other ones thank you
