Fantastic Program!
Man, I absolutely love this set! I just did the second workout on the low impact HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) disc and it kicked my butt just like the first workout on the disc did earlier this the week. I am a 43 year old male in reasonably good shape. I am about to retire from military service and after years of my morning physical fitness training already being pre-determined, I am excited to be able to pick and choose the things I want to do with my morning exercise. For about 6 months now I've been trying different programs. This set ranks right up there with my other favorites so far... Tony Horton's P90 (No way I could say how much I love this program in just a few sentences) and Shaun T's Focus T-25 (I started with this program and wouldn't recommend it as the first one you get into... it took me awhile to build up the stamina to keep up for most of the 25 minutes) So Cathe's first disc has two different about 30 min workouts and two different about 10 min ab workouts. The first workout she has you doing things like a dixie cup shuffle (shuffle to the right place one cup down, shuffle to the left place the other cup down, then shuffle back and forth to pick them back up and you continue to repeat at a fast pace.) There are 7 premixes to choose from on the disc. You can do routine one and routine two combined (50 min) or you can do the first half of workout one with the second half of workout two and so forth... The bonus is there is nothing annoying in the way the program is presented or the way she addresses you during the workout. Awesome and definitely worth the $$$

I have so many of cathe Friedrich DVDs and I like all of them, but ripped with HITT is incredible. Every dvd in this series is great and time efficient which works for me. She is as always very professional and down to the point. I love the speed in which the exercises are done and changing DVDs within the series keeps the body guessing and not hit a plateau . Great series !!

Great workouts!
I really get a good workout with these DVD's and can change up my routine often. However, there are some moves that she calls out and goes right into them. I wish she would explain the move before jumping right into it. She is a good instructor and makes the workout fun. Overall I really like these workouts and would recommend them.

Mat, multiple weights, step, bands needed. Many modifications can be made.
I really like this routine. Went online & got the 2 month program. Modify with a chair, hand weights, even my toddlers small cars instead of Dixie cups. Would recommend, one will see results. Hard but after a few weeks you will get better and start seeing results.

DVD's do not work on my DVD player. They will play on a laptop but not on DVD.

Holy Mother of God! This woman is a beast. I just got this and tried the HIIT PLIYO one workout. WOW! I'm in pretty good shape and this thing had me gasping for air. It's a killer workout. I've only done one of the workouts but I have a feeling they're all going to whip my behind. Mamma mia!

Love it! Having done this with the 2 month ...
Love it! Having done this with the 2 month entirely Ripped with HIIT calendar (Cathe has it posted online), the results were great and the workouts were enjoyable. Cathe never disappoints and her programs keep getting better! The workouts have you do the reps followed by breaks that get longer as you start to fatigue and mix some traditional moves with new ones.
