Brilliant for chopping herbs. Very, very sharp so be careful. Should have bought one of these years ago.

I'd been having problems with my pizza wheel, and I mentioned to my daughter that I was going to order a new one. She said "get one of those rocking slicer thingies", so ever obedient, I did. This is a BRILLIANT cutter. When it arrived, it was smaller than I expected, but that actually doesn't matter. I took me two "rock and rolls" to get across the middle of the pizza, and then I just cut each slice individually. It's so efficient and quick, and painless! It took a fraction of the time it usually takes me to slice through the crust etc, and there's no messy pulling apart to transfer the pizza to your plate. Just brilliant, actually. I washed out the protective tray it came in, and I keep it in that, in my cutlery drawer .. it's so sharp, I fear for my fingers if I'm not careful. all pizza lovers should have one of these .

I have seen TV chefs using these for years and decided that I would try one out. I enjoy and do a reasonable amount of cooking. I chose this as a mid price option and it arrived within the time scale and was as described. I have used it two or three times and can see that it is a good bit of kit. More use will make it quicker to use. It is not the easiest thing to store, being an odd shape and very sharp. We have no young children around to worry about but nevertheless it is not something to leave laying about on your worktop or to have loose and unprotected in a frequently used drawer. I have come up with a compromise solution - wash and dry straight away, pop on the two plastic guard, and put in the rigid plastic see through box, minus the cardboard, that it arrived in, before storing in a drawer. Pleased with this. I have arthritis and suffer from very frequent numbness in my hands so this seems easier than trying to chop herbs etc with a knife.

So handy to have and easy to use. I've had one for years and bought this one as a gift as I think every home should have one. Last forever, can be sharpened if it gets to the point where you've used it until its not. Really sturdy with nice shape handles. Makes short work of Chopping herbs and also works on other things, like chocolate. Just one tip: for safety, make sure your hands are dry and not greasy, so you have total control.

Brilliant knife however it could do with a blade cover as the first time I took it out I cut myself and that was just getting it out of the packaging The knife is perfect for my needs and very very sharp if you have children hide it from them Well made well presented I cut holes in the back of the foam holder behind the handles so I could eject it from the storage foam without being near the blade I am more than happy with the quality and the performance of the knife and would recommend it but with a warning of just how sharp it is

Ive always wanted one of these and now my herb garden is up and growing well i needed one. Its pure joy to use, it cuts so well and is very sharp. It looks good and chromed so shines well . You must make sure you have a good wood board , itll chop it to bits if not. i tried it on my glass one but it felt wrong. I have severe arthritis and my husband is also disabled. We find it so easy to use with its twin handles of chrome sticking up the top.

Look good quality did not used yet but seems okay
