Waterjet On/Off Valve Repair Kit is composed of a valve needle, a guide ring, a sealing ring, a valve seat, and a O-ring. It is a switch part that blocks high pressure water in the on/off valve body.

Installation process:
1. Close all water pressure valves
2. Open the on/off valve so that there is no pressure inside
3. Unscrew the structure on the top of the valve body
4. Unscrew the nozzle tube from the valve body
5. Remove the assembly from the old valve body, the positioning rod can continue to use
6. Thoroughly clean the accessories and valve body before replacement
7. Apply lubricant around the O-ring and use tweezers to put the O-ring into the valve body
8. Use the positioning rod to push the sealing ring into the valve body
9. Insert the seal ring behind the seal and push it down until the seal ring is flush with the top of the hole
10. Install valve screw into the valve body through the thread until it is tightened
