Good sharp knife
Excellent boning knife, good for all butchery or as a general kitchen knife. Only thing is it doesn't come with sheath of any sort.

Super slicer
It is SO sharp. Cutting through chicken (frozen whole chicken) is so easy with this knife. I wouldn’t say the blade is thick but it’s not thin either. £16 for a boning knife is pretty good, I’d like to say. Especially from victorinox. If you’ve seen their bags then you know their prices are pretty high. That being said, all of the products have been worth the price tag.
