I liked that this thermometer reads the temperature pretty quickly.It also helps that it is magnetic so it is easy to keep handy on the fridge next to the stove.

Just got to use this yesterday to check the Thanksgiving turkey. The pop up wasn't popping up. The thermometer worked great and avoided an over cooked turkey. Simple to use and temperature reading is almost instantaneous.

Super easy to use and read. Fold to be convenient and not take a lot of space up.

I have been a vegetarian for years, but my husband and daughter are not. While one can tell when meat is cooked by looking at it, I've grown less and less accustomed to when some meats are "done" without being overcooked. Therefore, I use the thermometer to check for safe temperatures of meat I'm cooking for them. It's accurate, as far as I've seen. I love that the probe can be moved from one side to the other, depending on which hand I'm using, and the screen will flip accordingly. It's a great buy!

This Thermometer reads quickly and appears from the cooking outcomes to be very accurate, though I've not conducted an independent comparative test. But the proof is in the pudding, as is said.I especially appreciate how the dial is 'large print' and auto positions itself so it is never upside down. Also the magnet is strong and secure-then a bottle opener built into one end of the unit. It's a smart buy in my estimation.

There are quite a few reasons why this is the perfect instant thermometer. It turns on immediately upon opening. The screen automatically rotates depending on orientation. Or truly does only take 3-4 seconds to read temperature, unlike ones that aren't instant that take up to 10 seconds. It has a bottle opener built in, something i don't ever use but don't have one in the house just in case.My only complaint was the calibration process/ instructions were not very clear.

Easy to store in compact space in drawer. Worked fine for stabbing Thanksgiving turkeys :-). Came in handy in for unexpected use. This thermometer shows temperature of air before being inserted in food, so I used thermometer to compare temperature of room vs temperature within apartment building's pay dryers! Took pictures and sent them to property manager!

Useless. It had one job to do: be a thermometer.It is waaaay off. I was worried that my steaks were going to be inedible when it reported 180 F. When I cut into them they're clearly not even to 150 F. (A slow-but-tested thermometer confirmed that.)I don't need a bottle opener, I need a thermometer. Skip the useless add-ons and do your job right.
