What’s the outside diameter of the speaker?

4 inches is too big...due to the ears on the back it is tricky to get it right. They are front mount only. I think I went with 3 and 3/4 but still had to notch it due to the ears.

Can I put them on my Harley??

Listen these tweeters are BADASS they are built tough look good and the Highs they put out are outstanding. I put these on the front doors of my 2003 Chevy Blazer and was really kind of worried because of the price being under $50.00 bucks. But Bro let me say you will not be disappointed. As far as your Harley they are not really 4" they are more like 3.5" so I had to use these spacers (uxcell 4 Pcs Black Plastic Car 4 Inch Inner Dia Speaker Spacers Replacement) so I hope this helps you out good luck
