I took e3 about 14 years ago after the birth of my son. I successfully lost 48 pounds. My hair, skin and nails had never been so strong and healthy. Amazing product! I felt energized as soon as I started adding it to my morning smoothie. The company also does an amazing job shipping the merchandise in cold packaging.

I don't feel any extra energy boost from the product, but I am rarely sick, so this in conjunction with my other nutrients seems to be helping. I don;t think I'll renew after my remaining two bottles are used.

The bottle says to use within 7-10 days after thawed out (in refrigerator). However, there are 32 servings in a bottle, so it either goes bad or loses its effectiveness before you can finish a bottle. One person can use 10 servings in 10 days and two people can only use 20 servings within 10 days, so the rest goes bad or loses it potency. The manufacturer should make 4 oz and 8 oz bottles so customers can get the maximum potency from the product.

So glad to find the E3 Live again! It's the freshest product and so easy to get the right dose with just 15 minutes in cool water then it goes right back in the freezer each time. I used this product years ago and then couldn't find where to order for a long time. They do a great job of cold packaging, too.
