These are heavy and solid blocks. I think they will be very durable. I'm glad there's an affordable cork option.

Good quality and meets all expectations

I typically don't write reviews, however, the value of this item is exceptional! For the price point, the yoga blocks exceeded my expectations. The weight is two pounds each, which for some may be too dense, perfect for my use within a sauna. These are substantial with a true measurement of 6 x 9 x 4 inches.

When I opened the package I detected a chemical smell that had me questioning the manufacturing process. I emailed the seller to ask about that and got the following response:Hi there,Thank you for contacting us.The Yoga Blocks are made from 100% natural Cork.Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Have a great day!That didn't answer my question because the label states 100% cork, but my nose was telling something else. So I asked a second time on August 29, 2020:Dear representative,I did quite a bit of research before I bought these blocks because I am, in fact, looking for “Sustainable Natural Cork” as the packaging on the blocks states. And, I am looking for “100% cork,” as the website states, and as you state below. Because I purchase only natural products, I know what they smell like. Because I am an environmental professional, I also know what chemicals smell like.In my opinion – it is only an opinion because I have not sent these blocks to a testing laboratory – my guess is that these blocks are composed of cork and my nose tells me that the chemical fumes (off gassing) that I am smelling did not originate with a cork tree.My question is in regard to the manufacturing process: what chemicals were added to the block to help it be as compact as it is?I will hold off on posting a product review on Amazon until I get a clearer understanding of what is in this product, where it was made, and how long the off gassing might take. But I will not hold off indefinitely. People who practice yoga generally pay attention to this sort of thing.I am looking forward to receiving more information.September 21, 2020 updateThe seller never responded. I am using the blocks and they don't seem to smell as much. I am hoping for the best. Without more seller input I cannot give these blocks a great review.

It holds up really well and so far while using them it has not broken down.

These are great sturdy cork blocks. I love the aesthetic, the natural material fits nicely into my space. They’re great nice and heavy, which I find lends a feeling of support.This review asked me to give it stars based on how lightweight it is, which I didn’t do because that wasn’t a characteristic I was looking for. If that is what you are looking for this is not the block for you. Solid cork is not lightweight. I bought them because they’re nice and heavy for holding between your knees to build strength in various poses. If you want a lightweight block I highly recommend foam, it’s both inexpensive and very lightweight.

The media could not be loaded.  I was recommended by my chiropractor to get wooden blocks for their sturdiness for the yoga pose I need to do. However, wooden blocks are twice as expensive. These blocks are just as sturdy and stable. Perfect for my practice! Great value!
