I have used many, many topical pain remedies and this one works great! Easy roll-on and no mess or having to wash hands. It contains 11% menthol which for me is for soothing, warm but not burning hot. Also, 4% lidocaine with .5% camphor. From past experience, I get the most relief from 10% or higher menthol. I suffer from spinal stenosis and radiculopathy-cervical & lumbar,10 disc herniations-cervical & lumbar, arthritis and fibromyalgia. This really tamps down the pain to almost zero! Although it must be repeated several times a day, it is a great adjunct to medications to give you lasting relief and allow you to function as you need to. One more positive aspect is you can take it with you on errands, etc. and apply as needed. Thank you for a great product!! Mare

I ordered this mainly for the pain from carpal tunnel. It turns out that it doesn’t provide much pain relief but it’s so nice for dry skin! I use it on my hands & feet every night they stay moisturized throughout the next day. My daughter has mild psoriasis, she has been using it and it’s helped her. It has a mild scent of eucalyptus, camphor but not too bad at all. So even if it doesn’t help much with the pain it’s worth every penny just for the skin benefits. I’ll be ordering more for myself and my daughters. I’ll never buy another hand lotion.

I suffer from every pain imaginable. But especially neck pain and headaches at the moment. I mean its not a magic product. But compared to other stuff i wouldnt use anything else!! LOVE IT. Take it with me everywhere i go for on the run comfort or relief. Its works like REALLY WORKS! Update 6/12/23 the price of this stuff is going through the roof! Used to be a little less than $40, they put a 20% markup for what? Not happy, im taking out a Star because price.

My husband swears by this for his hands. As he’s gotten older his hands and knee really act up often. We have tried Voltarin, pills all kinds of similar lotions but he insists this is the ONLY one that helps him with pain relief and flexibility! It’s priced ok for all you get! Mine has different packaging but it’s the same products. Like I said, it lasts a long time! :)

I bought this cream for my mother’s joints and has felt extremely better in a shorter period of time when compared to so many other brands like your typical drugstore OTC recommendations. (The typical ones). She does say the pain is not 100% gone or relieved but that her mobility is less painful. I’m happy to hear that. She applies it twice a day and it’s great to see her knees mobile!!!!

This product smells a lot. If you use it you have to walk around smelling like Menthol….. it stinks!!! No thank you!!!
