Is foot placement correct for petite women?

The foot placement on the SmithShaper® Squat Mat™ supports a wide range in height. It accommodates people who are between 4'-3" to 6'-6" in height. The foot placements are related to the Squat Mat's application as a lower body muscle targeting tool when performing stand-alone squats or rolling wall squats using the SmithShaper ASR (Ab Squat Roller) or SquatX multipurpose exercisers. However, height has no bearing when using this mat as a workout knee pad. The SmithShaper Squat Mat has preexisting folds that allow it to instantly triple in thickness to become a kneeling pad for cushioning knees when doing floor exercises such as ab rolls or knee pushups. As a folded knee mat, it also supports forearm cushioning when doing pikes or the rolling pike plank exercise on the SmithShaper Pro or FIT ASR or SQUATX exercisers. Lastly, as the mat is constructed of Nitrile Rubber (NBR) it's very flexible and can be rolled along its long axis to provide knee padding when performing wide-knee yoga poses.

Great product!

I’m in love

I’m in love with this mat i’m in a squat challenge, and I was having doubts that I was doing it wrong, but this Mat has helped me with today’s squat challenge I opened it I think I received it and I went to work on it and let me tell you I did 50 squats and each of the different positions on my feet and let me tell you my lower body is on fire. Can’t wait to see my butt for this summer. Hopefully I could come back and give an update of a picture of my 🍑 bottom
