These are for my sister, incontinence, she has wide hips these size L fit her great with excellent cover age. these slid on nicly, One of the best daytime underwear, not thin or flimsy all around & waistband is great! Very Comfortable and quality is way better than others, they hold liquids great. Photo #1 left side is Tranquility the other is “Because” other brand looks thicker but not as absorbent.

Comfortable but not enough capacity for my needs
It's difficult for those of us who need disposable leakproof underwear with heavy capacity to find any that are pull-ups with no tabs (tabs give me more traouble than they're worth). Tranquility comes close to meeting those criteria but only for those users who have moderate needs. Unfortunately I'm not one of those. These underwear are well made and very comfortable to wear but start to leak at their moderate capacity which only gives me a few hours of use when I'm on the go. Also, even at their somewhat moderate capacity I find these underwear to not be as discrete as I would like.

I really find your product perfect for a good fit. I'm 260 lbs. and can wear a size 2x. I highly recommend for women with bladder problems.

They are the best fit for me
But they are a 2x and they are really big but when you need them all day and all night there the best fit for me and you need to remember they are big but they do leak from timrpe to time

Absorbent
These pull-ups are super absorbent, legs are a little too big for me so if you are a side sleeper there is a tendency for a minimal leak, you may need under padding on you bed. Have tried everything on the market but these are the best for a great fit, longer in the rise to the waistline, so comfortable, plus super absorbent.

Most absorbent pad in their line up of incontinence briefs
You still have to use the booster liner with the pull up as being incontinent you don't know how much your urinating, so sometimes my pants get wet.
