How many clips are there? In the title it specifies 10, but in the description it specifies 10

I got 10, although it does confusingly say 10 and then 5 in different parts of the description which I didn't notice on ordering. Best to message the seller directly to confirm.

what size are the holes on the 70mm clip?

Very sturdy clips. The hole is not quite wide enough to take a regular Biro pen. Hope this helps.
