This company is practicing false advertisment stating that the tea bags are individually wrapped and they are not. Also the tea bags are much smaller than normal & when I tried one of them the bag burst resulting in the tea leaves floating in my cup. I always want individually wrapped tea bags, even if I had a choice to purchase this tea knowing that it wasn't individually wrapped at a substantial discount, I still prefer to pay regular price for what I thought I was buying. I want ALL of my money back plus BOTH S&H to return this product. Also, who refunds the money, Amazon or JVC, and how do you contact either one?
