I am on my 5th week of taking this and I realised from week 2 that my intolerance to the lights from cellphones, computer screen and television has improved - I kid you not! I am wearing glasses 46 year now and started to recently have eyes issues, but since taking these pills I also find myself taking off my glasses to see as it's more comfortable this way. Something seems to be working since being on these pills. I gave a 4 because I'm waiting on more to happen.

Excellent company for many different supplements. These softgels are small and easy to swallow, yet contain a good amount of Lutein, which is helpful for eye health. The bottle contains 300 softgels which will last several months and is very cost effective.

The only difference between 180 softgels bottle vs 300 softgels bottle is the amount of Lutein. (I also realize I uploaded my 180 bottle pictures on the wrong page. Lol) - Very easy to swallow and no after taste at all. - Moisturize my eyes, reduce dry and redness significantly. I work as a nail tech, you can just imagine 10 hours of focusing and doing small little details really put a strain on my eyes. This stuff make my next morning feel so much better. Say goodbye to tired eyes. - Long lasting effect. I usually take these similar supplements in the morning and their effect last about half my shift. But Lutein lasts me a whole day. I take it once every morning and my eyes have been feeling great. I feel fine after work and can do more things in front of my computer now instead of feeling like my eyes need to take a break. +Cons: - None + Verdict: - An obvious buy for your eye care routine! - I just got my eye exam checked recently for a new pair of glasses. And since taking these daily, I can see the real result showed up on my eye test. My eye doctor was hella surprised too. - I then grabbed another bottle for my dad, who has cataract. I don’t know about the quality but I think it’s not halal as it has gelatin in it. Can’t return it as amazon doesn’t allow. :(
