Q: Can i use a regular shampoo

The Colour-Freedom White Blonde Toner is not a shampoo and cannot be used in this way. As this is a toner we would recommend it is used when you feel your blonde has become yellow in tone and it needs to be neutralised for a fresh, clean blonde look.

Q: How many applicatons do you get out of the tube? My hair is collar bone length (shorter at back as inverted bob)

Exactly the same length as mine! I get 4 applications out of one bottle :)

Q: My favourite toner wella color charm toner t18 lightest ash blonde has been discontinued will this do the same and tone orange roots?

Yes it will. It’s really good

Q: Can you tone and dye your hair on the same day? Or is that too damaging?

Hi. A lot of people do bleach their hair and then tone it afterwards to get rid of the orange colour usually. I generally use the same brand for both, but it depends what you are trying to achieve.. from dark to light, there are plenty of brands about. If like me, you don’t have much idea about the salon type dyes, try the garnier nutrisse lightener. I found that the knight and Wilson did nothing to tone my hair afterwards. You need an ash blonde tone to take away the orange. Hope this helps :)
