5 Pack 4-Pin PWM Fan Splitter Cable, Sleeved Braided Adapter Computer PC Fan Power Extension Cable Converter for Computer ATX Case 4-Pin/3-Pin Cooling Fan Cable (10.6")

Bought these to cut one apart and solder to a 12V power supply so I could power a fan off a wall outlet for a 3D printer vent. Rather a pity to chop one up since they're so nicely made. The four wires are in ribbon cables, all stuck together, so the outside braid wrapping (and heatshrink tubing on each end of the braid) is just cosmetic. The braid pulls back easily from either end to expose the wires. Note that despite the product being called a "PWM Fan Splitter Cable", it's not a splitter cable, it's an extension cable. (Which is obvious from the photos and is what I wanted, but if you want a splitter, buy something else.)

These work great! Easy to install. Add just the right amount of length to keep wiring clean and organized. Can’t beat the price either for a pack of 5! $1 each is a great deal. These feel like they should last forever! definitely worth the money!

I purchased these to complete my new PC build. The case I purchased uses a splitter for the two front RGB fans so the motherboard cannot detect the speed of the individual fans. In fact it shows no speed at all. So using these I was able to remove the splitter and plug each fan into the motherboard individually since my MB has a lot of fan connections. Now I can see the fan speeds for each of the two front fans allowing me to set individual alerts for each one. The quality of these cables is top notch. They are nicely braided and have good solid connectors that are easy to connect and disconnect as needed. I am pretty picky about how my cables are run. Wen I do a PC build I like everything nice and tidy. These ended up being a perfect length to make the connections and not have a lot of cable to tuck away or hide. I only needed two, but my son has the same case so I can use two to get his setup properly at some point too. Not sure why they call these "splitter" cables to be honest. Splitter cables are much different. These are more cable extenders than splitter cables. But either way they are a good quality multi-purpose cable and at a reasonable price point.

The pins on the mail end wobble a bit so it take some work to connect it. Tried each cable, same. Otherwise it works like you would expect a simple cable to work.

the cable has 4 pins my fan only has 3 but they match up perfectly and the cable was more than long enough.. My fan works great and went together easly

Does what they should. Work great if you need longer leads.

I recently purchased this product. I found it to be a great product. It is made sturdy and works well. It is easy to use and looks great. The price was fair and the item was as described in the ad.

We've all been there. You bought a new computer case and motherboard and now you have fan cable wires running everywhere. You had to stretch them across the case to reach. That's where these come in. Extend those fan ports to the side of the case or behind the motherboard neatly. These are good quality.

Great pwm cable extension works really well if you are working with wide dual chamber cases had no issues with these and would buy again and a nice cable length also very happy

These cable extensions were exactly what I needed. They are very flexible and easy to cable manage. Honestly in this day and age I don't know why fan producers still make cables on their products so short they barely work in a mini itx case. My only gripe with these cables is the pictures they have on their listing. They advertise beautiful black sleeved cables, but as you can see the ketchup and mustard cables are clearly visible. Still, I won't knock a star because they perform very well.

As described works well good quality and value for money

product is well made. nice tight connections. decent size, can also daisy chain if you need something longer. I personally needed 2 (but bought the 5 pack) for 2 system fans. these have the standard 4 pin connections female to male. for any kind of fan, including CPU fan. for a standard ATX type motherboard. 2 of my fans cables were a little too short to reach the connections on the board. these little extenders did the job.
