Item comes with syringe that makes life so much easier. Less spillage with the syringe as well. However when you come to the end of the bottle you do have to give it a good shake to get all the last bits out so it can be sucked up in the syringe. My child loves the flavour and within 15min you can see it starts to dull her pain after the operation. An absolute life saver. However Its a shame it doesn't come in a larger bottle like some of my child's other medicines.
