It was a gift for my wife. I am glad I opened the box and checked out the neckless. I found the neckless chain in a knot. It took a while to get it unknotted. Other than that the neckless was great.

I got this for my girlfriend's birthday present and she absolutely adores it. She was amazed that it has a hundred languages right inside the necklace. Now she shows it off anywhere she goes and the extras including this were a very nice touch. The necklace chain seems cheap but she has plenty of other chains and the box was a really nice touch.I wouldn't worry about getting gift wrapping on this considering the box it comes with his absolutely perfect in every single way. I can't think of any downfalls of this besides the quality. Everything in this was very nice but like I said, I would get a different chain alongside this and the extras were very nice but they were very basic. Overall it's a nice gift that doesn't break the bank and that is what I was looking for. She loved it so everyone is happy!

Ga w this to my wife. Seeing the writing isn't as easy as the commercials I have seen, but you can see it. Chain it comes with is chinsy and broke quickly as in within minutes. All good. We had a nicer chain to use. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars otherwise it's perfect for the price.

Lovely necklace and Yes it does have the I love you in 100 languages. Or at least I believe it has it in 100 languages. Since I don't know all 100 I can only go by what they have said. It does work very well when I put the light on to it for the wall. It's just kind of a neat necklace to have. My one and only complaint which seems to be for all necklaces is that the assumed that everybody has a neck that will fit 18in of chain. I wish companies would put options in to have longer in Chains and an additional cost. I would be fine with the additional cost. It's a very nicely made necklace and has little crystals and it it's just a very attractive looking piece.

The words are in fact backwards when reflecting the image in the wall, guaranteed in description this wouldn’t happen. Still it’s a pretty piece and the gift box is a nice touch, no fragrance whatsoever on the roses, either. Just disappointed

UPDATE!: I contacted customer service and they were SUPER helpful. They were very quick to respond and help me resolve the issue, and very professional. I would buy from this seller again.This is such a cute gift and I was really excited to give this to my mom. The packaging was great and very thoughtful. However, there was a scratch on the stone, and when you shine the light to get the shadow, the scratch is visible, and some of the "i love yous" were not legible. Overall, this is a cute gift, but I was disappointing about the scratch.

Very beautiful. Love my little teddy bear and thenecklace is very beautiful though I don't know how yet to see that I love you in a hundred different languages through it I'm trying to figure out with my phone and I have a very amazing camera so I don't know how to do this LOL but my husband bought this for me and I love it it's amazing thank you so much. You're very good and it's worth every penny very beautiful

Lets start off with the good. It arrived quickly, packaged nicely.. my girlfriend opened it and loves it. We out it up to our phone light and once you get the angle right it's actually pretty nice. If I had to nitpick I'd say the pendant isn't very high quality but nothing concerning about it. At the price point it's exactly where you'd expect it to be maybe even a little nicer. A nice pendant that actaully shows as it does in the add. Over all good purchase

loved it. A lot of the comments were very very unnerving thinking I was going to get all the I love use backwards but mine came proper and when I used my phone flashlight to see into it I could see it perfectly. Bought this for Mother’s Day for my mom she loved it

Nice enough looking , but it doesn’t do as it says . So. Very sad child that received it!

This necklace is supposed to come with a little bear and ROZES in a gift box all I got was a necklace in a black bag he did not come with any of that

You would obviously expect this product to be a little on the cheap side especially for the price... but the second day my mother wore this necklace her neck turned black from the chain and all she was doing was sitting and watching t.v. The feel is very much a fake metal feel, however it does work and you can see that it says i love you in all of the languages.
