Personalised song lyrics gift | Vinyl record print

The frame arrived and was of very good quality, the print is on glossy paper with nice glass front and both wall or free standing mounting options on the frame. (Premium frame) Unfortunately there was a mistake made on the print. This is where the seller really stepped up for me and why I am giving 5 stars. I messaged to make them aware of the mistake and expected a reply in a few days, I was very pleased to get a reply within hours with an apology and detailing how they would remedy the mistake. I replied asking if the replacement could be sent out as quickly as possible as I was gifting the item, again with an expectation of a few days turnaround. The seller replied that evening explaining that the replacement was already in the post and should be with me within 48hours. Actually it arrived the very next day and was perfect. This will allow me to give it as a gift on the day I had planned and will not disrupt my plans. I am really happy that even though a mistake was made, it was dealt with exceptionally and with brilliant communication. Special thanks to Alyx and David for their apologies and for sorting the issue as quickly as they did.

Absolutely loved my order, was a anniversary gift for my parents and they loved it too! Professionally and safely packaged to prevent damage, also arrived a day earlier then scheduled which was a bonus too! Great personal gift

I love this, I brought it as a birthday gift for my sister as it's what was number 1 the day she was born. I'm sure she'll love it. Very happy with this product and I would highly recommend.

I am always a bit nervous about ordering anything personalised, especially when it appears to be such excellent value for money, but this came back really quickly (10 days ahead of date given) and was perfect and great quality for the price. It took me ages to decide what to include for the text lines to go with the song, and they came out really well and exactly as I'd requested. And more importantly, the right lyrics to go with the song! This is a gift for a friend, and I am sure she is going to love it and there may even be emotional tears!! Thanks so much - I will be back for more!
