I depend on the quality of this brand
Lacking parathyroid glands nowadays, I take potassium three times a day… or die. I have depended on Solaray potassium fir years now. It does a good job-is well regulated.

I notice a big difference in muscle aches and soreness
This brand seems to be effective. Electrolyte balance is tricky, and can be dangerous. I don't take the full 4700 mg the FDA recommends. For me, just 3- 99mg a day seems adequate. Too much can be dangerous, which is why you never see potassium supplements in more than 99gr. If I stop taking it for more than a day, I notice when I get up in the morning, my body is very sore, and achy. I've also noticed I get more agitated, cranky, when I don't take it. I do make sure to balance it with other electrolytes, Magnesium and unprocessed salt.

Really great supplement
This supplement does the job.. my legs had started getting a weird sensation only at night a few months ago . So I started taking electrolytes but sometimes it would not work. Spoke to my Nd Dr Sherman and he said if cramps in legs use magnesium, if twitchy legs try potassium 99 mgs at night and if its neither magnesium or potassium it could be an iron uptake problem which is a different issue all together. So thank God the potassium worked and I already have been taking a great magnesium product called professional formulas magnesium complex for 11 years now and I purchase it on Amazon too..

These are my go to when I need to get potassium supplements, I really like that it is a brand that I trust in, have been using the for years. The veg caps are really easy to take, pretty tasteless and convenient, the price value for 200 is also my favorite as that's a really worth the price. I really recommend this brand as well.

Feel better on these
Years ago i used to take potassium.. it was prescription. Havent taken it since. Started on this . And i feel a lot better.. bananas werent enough
