It WORKS!
This product is the Truth! I never write reviews (NEVER) but I had too. I was looking for a vitamin that gives me energy without jitters, palpitations, doesn’t keeps me up at night, and helps me to focus to do the things I need to be able to function to do (school, 2 jobs, mom, etc). I normally wake up and start my day with exercise (eat something prior ) then take my vitamin. I usually only do 35 minutes every morning. On my treadmill for 30 minutes.. I usually end at 150 calories burned and that’s just walking. Today is my second day of taking the vitamins and I actually ran for 9 minutes straight (the urge and burst of energy allowed me to do this).. I burned 170 calories. I went on my stepper for 6 minutes.. usually I do 268 steps but today 317 steps. I will say if you are ACTIVE.. you’ll get that BOOST (natural).

Didn't lose weight
I didn't lose weight but it didn't make my stomach upset. It has some ingredients in it that are good for you, but I wish I'd lost some weight.

NO SNACK
it is a little early for me to say if this works or not. I did just try my first dose yesterday, it did seem to help with the urge to EAT.. and SNACK. So with that I will say it does help,,, hopefully I will be able to shed a few lbs.
