I accidentally ordered the wrong console, but the one i got was in great shape
Plugged it in and hooked it up, everything was basically brand new, there was one tiny scuff on the case which I'm guessing is why it went so cheap.It arrived on time, there was nothing wrong with any of it, and i got my refund as soon as they recieved it back with no issues.

Came in great condition, with everything I required. Was very impressed with the condition of the console considering it was a refurb. Highly recommend

Second hand issues
It's used, so you get what you pay for. Controller didn't work, contacted seller but told to send it back at my own cost. It's not worth the bother, the amount it would cost. Unhelpful when contacted. Wouldn't but from them again.

Had to cancel initial order then re-order to amend the delivery details; refund on first item was issued promptly. Fast and efficient delivery. Item (refurbished Xbox, excellent condition) exactly as described. Very pleased.

Fake Xbox Controller Sent
Console works fine however the fake controller is incompatible with the xbox. the controller i received is not that of which was displayed on the advert.
