Taste just like fresh
These gooseberries are great. The taste is just like fresh. They are expensive but if it's what you need then it's worth paying. They soak up a lot of liquid so its worth paying attention to that. I didn"t let them soak long enough so they took liquid from the mousse I made which made it a bit dry but the taste was delicious.

lässt sich nicht streiten. Ja es sind Stachelbeeren, aber der Geschmack und die Konstistenz sind nicht lecker. Die Früchte sind nicht kross sondern pappig und man kann nur entfernt den Geschmack von Stachelbeeren erkennen. Ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob man das besser hinbekommt, aber Stachelbeeren bestelle ich definitiv nicht mehr.
