Got this as a gift from my boyfriend, and I have been using it religiously ever since!! It's easy to carry around and simple to use. Just 15 minutes in the morning does the trick for me. Quality was really good too: the bands don’t roll up on my outer thighs--which I was worried about.Everything about the company is incredibly professional. Everything inside the box was well packaged and individually wrapped. I was a little disappointed that the package was crushed during delivery, but overall the set itself is perfect and I'm very happy with it.10/10 would recommend this kit!

I love this product! Anyone who is looking to build their glutes & quads needs to buy this! My main goal is to build a bigger booty with these resistant bands! It hurts but it feels so good! I would occasionally use these bands at the gym during legs day. It makes your work outs a lot harder. Bfit365 comes with 5 different colors, each color has a different level of resistant!
