Do they make these in larger cones, anywhere? Love them, but burn out too fast!

Are you burning your German made Incense Cones in the correct size German made Smoker? If so, Cones should take up to 10 minutes to smolder and scent should last in average size room for up to a half-hour. If you are just burning them in the open on a glass or metal surface or say near a fan or heater, they may burn up in under a minute and the scent may only last 10-15 minutes if that. Both Knox and Crottendorfer do make an XL Cone in various scents. They are about double the height of Medium Cones. However XL German made Wood Smokers can be hard to locate. Many Retailers, do not carry them as they typically sell infrequently and many of the manufacturers have stopped making them altogether due to lack of sales. Hope this helps!
