Viking Revolution Charcoal Face Wash for Men - 8 fl oz + 2 fl oz Set

I'm a huge fan of Viking Revolution products, and currently use several items from the brand. This is great face wash! It doesn't dry my skin out nor make it oily, it's effective, it smells good but not overpowering, and has a good price point. As a repeat customer, I definitely recommend! I've been trying to find a good face wash for a while, but I kept getting strange products that didn't work too well. I don't know what the obsession is with rubbing sand paper on your face, but for some reason sorting by customer review on amazon pretty much only gives you exfoliating washes. My wife is an aesthetician, and works with skin care for a living. The stuff she's bought me is good but incredibly expensive. She warned me about (and showed what happens when) over exfoliating, and for over a year I've been trying to find something that smells good, feels good, and isn't full of tiny rocks. Brickell was pretty good, but a bit more expensive and I started to have an allergic reaction. Thankfully, it didn't take too long for me to come across this. It exceeded my expectations across the board. This brand has a new long term customer. I bought their beard oil too, and it's been my favorite as well.

I like this face wash. It's a good value, especially with the bonus travel sized bottle. Smells nicer than other charcoal face washing I used. It cleans and doesn't dry out my skin to much. I have sensitive skin and the face wash doesn't irritate my skin either. To some this might not a problem at all. To me though this is a issue. I work in manufacturing so the product being made in China. Factors in to me purchasing this product again. However still a good face wash, especially for the price.

I'm very happy with this face wash. It's not gritty or irritating, and I like that it has a moisturizer as well as vitamins and aloe vera. It doesn't dry out my skin like other face scrubs I've tried. The mint not only provides a great fragrance but also makes the skin feel refreshed for at least an hour after use. I especially like the fact that in addition to the 8-oz bottle there is a smaller 2-oz bottle that you can take to the gym or put in a travel bag. Definitely worth the price!

My fiancée loves this brand since I started buying it for him and all of the products I have gotten for him from this company he has nothing but good things to say abt it. He loves the face wash and I have noticed a difference since he has started using it.

Full disclosure: I am a product tester and Viking reimbursed me for purchasing this product. I love their products. I use their beard oils and balms every day. I am a big fan of their bay rum balm in particular. However, I was left disappointed with this product. It smells great. It lathers up nicely. However, it leaves my skin dry. It also causes my beard hair to dry and fall out. It also feels like it leaves a residue on my face. While I will continue to buy and support Viking, I will not buy this product again.

*Just to be transparent, I tested this product and was re-imbursed. I was not told to review the product one way or another* Likes: Doesn't have a fragrance after washing, so this can be combined with any other fragrance during a date or party. Clean, light mint smell with a fresh skin feeling afterwards. Works with Beards, and softens your beard to boot. Dislikes: Small bottle, very easy to use 4-5 times and go halfway through the bottle. I was smart and used a pinhole opening to prevent it. Because of size, not recommended for everyday use, unless you are willing to buy several of them for the month. Overall, great product and good for the extrovert who needs a deep clean with no scent.
