We surprised my 87 yr old .dad with this chair. He LOVES it. The movement is slow, safe and smooth. He really appreciates the leg rest extension so his feet don’t dangle. An extra bonus. The price point is amazing. Shipping came via Fed Ex in 2 days in 2 boxes that are somewhat heavy. Assembly not difficult. Color exactly what we thought. Fabric is comfortable. We’d definitely purchase again.

I first experienced one of these chairs at a relative's. When I sat in it the first thing I noticed was the great lumbar support. Secondly, was the small extension on the footrest that supported my heals. The chair was such a great fit and so comfortable I ordered one the next day. The overall operation is very smooth. The fabric is very durable and the chair is well made. I like the way it lays back and how I can easily adjust the position with the handy remote control. The up position is wonderful in helping me stand up after my stroke. My model is the regular size. I weigh 200 and it fits me perfect. It was delivered 3 days early to my front door. Instructions were clear and was easy to assemble. Enjoy the charging feature for my phone and iPad built into the side of the chair. Needless to say I highly recommend this product and would buy again!

I am very happy with my new recliner. I am 89 years old and had difficulty getting up out of my chair. Now with this one it puts me to a comfortable level to where I can get up without any assistance. I love the side pockets to where I can put my eye pad and always know where it is and books or what ever in the one other side. Another feature I am happy with are the loops on the side to where I can put the control or my charger cord that then hang to where I can reach them. But my favorite besides fitting well and being comfortable are the drink holders. I was shocked that the container doesn't sweat as it did when sitting on a side table. I am still surprised every time I get a drink. This chair is wonderfully made, easy to assemble but heavy, which is good, it won't turn over if your pet jumps on the leg rest to get on your lap. The movement of the recliner is slow, but steady to where you feel safe when moving to a location that suits your needs, whether up or down. I purchased the burgundy and it's beautiful, and looks just like the picture; I also got the medium, beings I am 5'5" and 145# it's perfect. You'll never go wrong with this purchase.

The chair arrived in 3 boxes. It was easy to assemble. The extended footrest is excellent. The chair is comfortable. I am replacing a Bobs chair that had 6 motors and a lot of ways to adjust the heat rest, footrest etc. This hair only has up an down. I am getting used to it an use a towel behind my neck. It might have been better to spend a little more an have more adjustments but for the money this is an excellent chair.

Chair was great. Unfortunately my mom was too small. Staff was great in assisting with the return. Rturn had nothing to do with quality. The quality was great and the chair is very sturdy and comes with great directions for assembly. Declines perfectly with very little noise

Ordered for my sister in law that will be having foot surgery. Was easy to put together and looks great. Very comfortable.

Ordered the Medium size in dark grey. Arrived in 2 boxes. Very easy to assemble. Fabric seems very sturdy and very minimal odor. Just smells new. The padding is nice and the electronics work perfectly. Time will tell longevity.

I just had a Total Knee Replacement and needed a chair that is comfortable and easy to get in and out of. This chair is perfect for everything I needed. I can fall asleep in it and it's easy to get in and out of. I bought the Burgandy and am very pleased with the color, texture and the appearance of this chair. The remote is wonderful as well as the side pockets, charger for my phone and cup holders which can hold a remote, etc.

This chair is wonderful comfortable easy to put together but heavy. Suits all my needs since i am tall my legs don’t hang down like regular recliners. I would definitely recommend this chair to other people who are tall and disabled. Even so comfy I fell asleep in it.

This was for my dad, the chair was great he loved it. There was a small fault when delivered. The seller was fantastic, arranged everything and was great at keeping communication open.

This seat is just too comfortable...the temptation to even sleep on it instead of the bed is very high. My back issue is gone...Highly recommend

there was nothing I can sy bad about the product , it was perfect for our needs , build quality excellent my only issue was the delivery couriers left the delivery in our front walk way about 40 feet away from our front door and in rainy weather with out ringing the door bell. leaving a 70 year old man to attempt to move these 4 heavy boxes at over 100 pounds and an invallid women to fend for our selves to get these in the house and up 2 flights of stairs. this is no reflection on the manufacturer as the product was fine and perfect for their function . the company was most assuredly understanding of the issue.
