FS- BBF Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt, 18 OZ

We started using this on our steaks pre-grill instead of kosher salt. It is very coarse so get a grinder if you want smaller ground, but we just sprinkle our steaks with this an hour before grilling and use nothing else. It adds just that little extra bit of flavor that it enhances the flavor, especially if you use a wood fire instead of just charcoal. Yum! I plan on getting more and using it in dry rubs too.

Amazing salt. Originally purchased in a smaller container from a store. This is excellent on steak and gives you that nice crunch of salt with the course texture. Different batches may either be lighter or heavier in flavor. Still delicious!

I bought this as a gift. But we like it so much, we have continued to purchase it for grilling steaks.
