Beautiful cooktop and great company
I love this cooktop, and Empava as a company. I ordered my cooktop in May of 2022, but only got around to having it installed at the end of January, 2024. I had a minor issue, and emailed Empava to see if they could help even though my purchase was almost two years ago. They responded within a few hours, and sent me what I needed at no charge. You don't find many companies these days that are so helpful, and my cooktop is beautiful and works great.

Great price
Great time, arrived fast and nice packing. Install and fix was a dream. I had to get a large gas connection, so easy. I did my self and the gas company came out to check connection for free - girl power😁

Did not work at all.
I really thought this was a nice product, and yes it looks nice, but all i bought it was junk; did not work at all. We wasted money, time, and work. This was a really bad idea buying this product.

Works great and looks great too!
Was having a ton of troubles with my old stove, had a repairman out and they wanted more to fix my old stove than I paid for this beautiful new Empava cooktop! Fit right into where my old stove came out of. Measurements were dead on. I did have to go get an adaptor from Lowes to connect the gas line but I was expecting that. (I think it was around $16) Works perfect, looks awesome! Super happy with this purchase!

Seems like good value for the money.
It was quick to install and it looks great. Our house is on the market so we haven’t used it other than turning it on so I don’t know how easy it is to clean.

I love my stovetop recommend over stainless steel. Quality much better. I was afraid of the size of the grates...NOT a problem!

Best purchase
We installed this in our shed-to-house this spring. Couple of friends that have come by to see our progress are in awe because of our stovetop. Looks very good, easy to clean and use. Would definitely recommend this stovetop to others that are in the market for a regular size cooktop yet space saver.

The cooktop came in didn't let me down
Placed order a week ago, and it arrived yesterday. yea, it was kinda long wait but still acceptable, because I didn't pay for shipping. The item was in good shaped, undamaged, well packaged. My father in law installed it for us, didn't take him as long as 1 hr, so I would say the installation was pretty easy, and we don't have a problem either with ignition or to keep it lit. A satisfied purchase so far.

Doesn’t turn low enough to simmer.
Replacement unit for a very old countertop. Looks good and is easy to keep clean.

Awesome stove
Love this stove top. Great service when the glass was broken!!!! Just disappointed that there is no adjustment for the flame. It is either high or off for each burner. We had a gas fitter try to adjust but no luck

Tempered glass shattered from heat
Was a good stove top until the other day. Was just finished up using and turned off stove top, walked away and heard a loud noise, turned around and the glass shattered, I was the only one home and nothing dropped on it so I have no idea why it shattered. Hopefully I can just order new glass for this.

The controls were incredibly tight to the burner. You can’t turn it off without burning your fingers “!
