You can only use the keto coach blood ketone strips for the meter. It is just disappointing because they are so expensive. Makes me wonder if I should have gone a cheaper route (get different brand)

I really wish these weren’t so pricy but they work and do as expected. Some have commented about having issues with readings or not getting enough bloodI’ve never had that issue mine work as expected every single time of course If you are following the keto lifestyle please note you don’t need to check your ketones every single day so save yourself some money by limiting to the amount of times you check.

I love my KetoCoach monitor and I have found the strips easy to use. They do take some getting used to when testing so I wasted a few when I was first getting started. However, I am used to them now and recognize that I need to apply the blood sample from the back of the strip rather than the top so it flows down accurately. It just takes practice. They are pricey, but pretty equal to the price of strips with other monitors.

I doubt I'll ever use all 50...but if u wanna do a few tests to see what ur ketone level is at certain times of the day or after certain foods then get a 50 pack like this. I haven't used any calibrating solution, but I don't really feel the need to. For the most part, get a good drop of blood and let it wick it's way in rather than trying to drop it on the strip to prevent errors.

I have seen the reviews with comments about getting an error code and "not enough blood". I wonder if it was a bad lot number of strips? I have gone through 3 batches of strips and never had an error code. I only wish I had a calibration solution to run through it once in a while.

The strips are individually wrapped which keeps them from getting contaminated and possibility of giving inaccurate results. No coding needed with this monitor. Strips are only for the Keto Coach Ketone Monitor. This is fast, easy and I appreciate the lower price of the strips compared to others I have seen.

Works great. Make sure you dont touch either end of the strips or you'll get an error message. It's safe to touch it in the middle. Definitely helps for fasting and cheat days when you want to get back into ketosis.

I bought these then tried to buy the ketometer. They don`t sell the meter in Australia and don`t ship it from the US. that`s waste of money.
