All-in-one key works great with new key and remote start.
The key was absolutely great! Also came with the battery already installed and fit just perfectly. The programming was easy also you unlock the driver door five times maybe you'll see the DLC display key number 2 3 or 4 is ready to be programmed put the working key in the cup holder, put the new key into the key slot under the center console armrest you'll hear it beap and it's programmed after pressing the ignition button and then the unlock button twice to finish the process. Identical to factory units.
Cadillac remotes are prone to break not latch closed after changing batteries. Easy to reprogram.

Key fob doesn't work.
I purchased this key fob and got the key cut. Went through the programming process it recognized the new key but none of the buttons will work on key fob. I've tried reprogramming it and it says key is already recognized ready for key#3...I even brought it to a professional lock smith to program the key and he wasnt able to because he got errors! So now I have a key fob that is recognized by the car but doesn't work and I paid to have the key cut. Any help would be appreciated. Is there anyway to unrecognized the key fob from the car and start over. I'm not sure what to do.

Great Product
This remote looked just like my OEM remote at a much reduced price. It was very easy to program when I followed the directions in my owners manual. Works great and now gives me a spare in case I loose one.

Know your FCC ID number before you order.
Know the FCC ID number before you order. I had tried some other replacements that did now have that number listed and they simply don't work. This one did have it and everything works once it was programmed. The instructions that are included made it easy to program this key Fob.

Match up your FCC ID, it works!
Good product for a fraction of the OEM cost. Worked like a charm! A little longer than OEM so if you have a hard cover for it, it's not gonna fit in. I used a silicone sleeve, so it stretched just a wee bit to fit

Key blank not right thickness wouldn’t work
Worked on 2009 Cadillac STS... has no issues with programming took few minutes... Did have issues with the key being cut the key blank was not thick as oem and wouldn’t work had a professional locksmith try to cut key and wouldn’t work

Do it yourself its easy if you have ur owners manual
Easy to program on my 2012 CTS Peforance 2 door. Cadillac dealer wanted over $400. For it and to program it. My owners manual made it easy to program in 20 minutes. Do it yourself a locksmith wanted 170. And if I brought it on they would program for. No way thank you.

Good for the money
The key layout is different form the OEM version, so the Trunk opener dos not work if yo have a CTS-V Wagon. Aside form that, everything else works great, and easy to program etc.
