I started my pull-up journey with this bar, and I’m really happy with it! The ergonomic grip is excellent and makes exercises much more comfortable. It fits perfectly in our doorway, and the bar feels very sturdy — no wobbling or instability while using it. Assembly was easy and straightforward. I also love the color and solid alloy steel construction. The included wrist straps and workout guide are nice bonuses. I recently purchased the AmazeFan Pull Up Bar, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The multi-angled grips are fantastic. I love this pull up bar. I'm still progressing on being able to do a pullup, but as I'm progressing, it is great for increasing my grip strength, and it feels SO GOOD to just do a dead hang (which was harder to do than I expected!) and just let my spine decompress! There is nothing to assemble, it is ready to go out of the box. It fits perfectly on my door, and feels very secure. I love how it folds and hangs in my closet so it's not taking up any room at all when it's not in use. I thought it was a great value for the money.

The design is pretty good, and it seems well-built, but it won't fit doorways with wider trim (maximum trim width it'll fit is about 3 inches). It also won't fit a doorway that's next to another wall. It does have some perks though: it folds up flat, and there are these little plastic pieces that are supposed to prevent dents from forming on your door frame (but they some only somewhat effective). Pros: - folds up flat - quick installation and removal - sturdy - comfy - door frame protection pieces probably help a little Cons: - doesn't fit all doorways or door configurations - door frame protection pieces will still probably dent your door frame =/

This hang bar is exactly what I was looking for. I read the listing over and over to make sure the measurements would work and I was a little nervous about the height of the door frame. I thought mine was too long, but barely, so I rolled the dice and ordered. It fits perfectly. Like a Goldilocks moment. In my photos I tried to include lots of measurements. One I didn’t include is the small ledge on top of the door frame. Mine is exactly 2cm. The instructions say to attach the door frame protection pads, but mine were already attached, though they were backwards. I just had to spin them around. I also moved them further to the ends of the bar to better fit my door frame. The little feet that sit on top of the door frame also turn a little. Not sure if anyone would need that. Assembly and installation took 30 seconds. My husband weighs 250lbs and did a dead hang. The bar stayed in place and nothing looked like it was struggling or buckling. There is some padding on the upper bar and the bottom bar is textured. For the bottom bar I need grippy gloves to prevent my hands from slipping. My grip isn’t very strong. I’m so happy with this bar.

I really love this product. It is sturdy, doesn't damage my door and very functional. It folds flat so you can hang it in the closet, easy to install and the bar is higher than most other competitors so you don't have to tuck your legs as much.

I love this product. It sits nicely on my doorway without damaging the frame. I love that it has two rows, its great to train campus moves at home as a rock climber. The padding is very soft and so far it's been very stable. The loop on it has been very useful. I've hooked a pulley system to it to add or remove weight when I do my pull ups. I can also do several other exercises with it. I wouldn't hand way too much of a weight tothe loop though. Overall I very highly recommend it.

Pull ups gehören zu den besten Fitnessübungen speziell für Bizeps und oberen Rücken, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wer diese auch zu Hause ausüben möchte, aber keine Löcher in die Wand bohren will, für den ist ein so genanntes ,,Türreck" eine gute Wahl. Nach meinem Umzug brauchte ich ebenfalls eine neue Klimmzugstange und habe mich für die ,,AmazeFan Klimmzugstange" entschieden. Sie macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, saubere Verarbeitung, solide Rohre. Die Konstruktion lässt sich leicht zusammenbauen und auf die jeweils eigene Tür einstellen. Hat man dies richtig gemacht und die Klimmzugstange angebracht, dann hält sie ,,bombenfest", jedenfalls bei meiner Tür. Ich habe beim Trainieren ein gutes, sicheres Gefühl, kein Gewackel, kein Knacken... Besonders gefallen mir die Pads, welche den Türrahmen schützen und ebenfalls so verschiebbar sind, dass man sie auf eine individuelle Tür einstellen kann. Die Griffe lassen sich gut fassen, es sind verschiedene Variationen möglich, die jeweils mit unterschiedlichem Schwerpunkt mehr Bizeps oder mehr oberen Rücken trainieren. Natürlich kann man sich auch einfach nur dranhängen, um die Griffkraft zu stärken oder hanging leg raises zu trainieren. Ich liege weit unter dem Maximalgewicht für die Klimmzugstange, doch sie macht definitiv einen soliden, vertrauenerweckenden Eindruck - klare Kaufempfehlung!

Once you figure out how to set it up on a doorframe, it is literally mere seconds to put on or off. The pull up bar is very sturdy and well made. We use it all the time and its fantastic.

Ich habe mir diese Reckstange gekauft, weil ich durch meine Bürotätigkeit (stundenlanges Sitzen, einseitige Belastung) immer wieder Rückprobleme hatte. Da ich schon früher gute Erfahrung damit gemacht habe, mich mal "auszuhängen" wollte ich mir dazu wieder eine Gelegenheit schaffen. Allerdings eine, die ich flexibel anbringen und wieder abnehmen kann. Dieses Modell hat mich schon von der Beschreibung her überzeugt. Es ist wirklich kinderleicht anzubringen und hält dann auch bombenfest - ohne Schrauben, Drehen oder sonstiges. Dadurch, dass die Halterung auf beiden Seiten des Rahmens greift, verrutscht die Stange nicht und sitzt wirklich absolut sicher. Wenn Besuch kommt nehme ich sie einfach ab, das dauert keine Minute und ist auch super einfach. Inzwischen hänge ich mich nicht nur aus sondern mache auch noch einige andere Übungen an dieser Reckstange. Gerade auch durch die mitgelieferten Gurte kann man wirklich flexibel daran trainieren. Meinem Teenager-Enkel hat sie so gut gefallen, dass ich ihm auch eine bestellt habe - und auch er ist begeisert. Wobei er sie auch am Boden benutzt (für Liegestütze u.ä.) Die Qualität ist top, die Verarbeitung hochwertig, auch die Handgriffe sind angenehm zu greifen und verhindern ein Wegrutschen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Tür-Reck ist, das wirklich stabil und sicher ist und auch noch mehr kann - der sollte diese hier kaufen.

Fits my doorway fine, no damage and no give. Grips are comfy. Can do push ups, pull ups, chin ups etc. The resistance bands aren't the elastic ones other reviewers think they are. They're for leaning back and pulling your bodyweight forward to strengthen your arms if you are unable to do a pull up right away (me). You move it closer and get more horizontal to the floor as you get stronger and it really works (this is the way yo do it if you're strengthening for pull ups, other muscles you stand a different way or hold it differently). Great price and sturdy item. Just pops on and pops off.
