Absolutely Great!!!!
Absolutely great belt. It's perfect for working out or just to keel it and sweat in it. Of course you need to make some movement to sweat but it's 2 weeks and already trimmed down my abs and love handles. It's so confortable to wear also and if great quality. Highly recommend it. The Velcro is super good also.

Great quality and value
For the money absolutely fantastic value does what it's meant to stays in place while many others slide and move and generally get on your nerves, also acts as a decent back support also if your lifting great fit comfortable can't say a bad thing about it I ordered a second one immediately for future use. Very good- would highly recommend
It is what it says on the tin; for a waist trainer that’s doubles up as a back support it is very much worth the money, however I personally use it as primarily a waist trainer to accompany my workouts/gym trips: it makes you produce more body heat which does help you burn more calories. For a small independent company, this product is definitely worth it and I would highly recommend this product :)

I use it for the thigh area too
I actually use this product for the thigh as I have sciatica as it has more coverage than traditional thigh straps that are too short. Bound around the quad and the hamstring it helps relieve the pain. Eay to fit and wrap around and the rubbery quality inside helps keep a tight grip before using the velcro. Recommended.

Far too small for its purpose
One size does not fit all .never has and never will I'm a 56-in waste I have a tummy bulge on me the item is 6 in short of being able to have either end meet around me the label says one size fits all and then gives a list of the sizes it will fit clearly meaning it does not fit all totally unusable has hardly any stretch in it. I'm 6'2 so I'm not exactly fat for my size
