After much research, we purchased this Verona 36” gas range with full gas double ovens. Once order was placed, we received a call from Robert Maxwell of Executive Appliance to thank us and explain the shipping process with details on what to expect. He also gave more information regarding the range and said to keep his contact for any future needs.We are so happy with this range and how well it was packed. The 5 burners give flexibility and the two ovens are perfect for multiple baking options. I highly recommend this range because of the brand and the customer service.

This is an amazing machine for my newly remodeled kitchen. It works so well and is so easy and convenient to use and so much fun for a serious home chef. I also want to thank Robert Maxwell at Executive Appliances who stayed with me from day one regarding the shipping and delivery and helped me understand set up. Thanks Robert! Looks great. Customer service is great. The oven temperatures are off (not accurate) and the timer only rings softly and once, wish it were digital and would continue to sound until canceled. The temperature set is not digital, you have to keep messing with it turning it up and down slightly to find the temp you need. Sooo much wasted time and gas. Extremely hard to get a specific temperature, like 350 degrees.If anyone reading this review has one of these ovens, PLEASE, write a review telling how you are able to set the oven at a specific temperature and how long it takes to get to the point.

I bought this brand of stove and a model VERY similar to this one. ITS COMPLETE TRASH. The thermal couple broke inside 14 months. The biggest let down is the oven. It takes forever to heat up and never gets above 450 (even tho the knob goes to 480). It has no self cleaning an no built in thermostat. The digital display is a complete joke and barely tells time. I cannot stress how disappointed this thing is. I'm just saying, for the money, STAY AWAY!

I love the stove but the vendor was completely awesome. Highly recommend buying from him. He made contact with me immediately upon purchase and responded to a couple of texts in the same manner. Don't hesitate to buy from him!

If looks alone was the criteria this would be a shoe in for first. However the over temperature is so bad that it requires a constant rotation of pans. Cookies in front will come out perfect while the ones in the back are burnt. Wish I had done better research.

Its an oven, we use it for cooking. I'm just extremely impressed with the product and the excellent customer service.

We have had this stove for over a year. We have had nothing but problems. The repairman came for a seventh time today! He finally said that we need to get rid of it and buy something else. The burners will not ignite or, if they do, they will not stay lit- despite 7 service calls
