The product is good but you must know what else to be taken together to make it effective. I found it good and useful. Being powder it was value for money. But you must know how much to take. So milligram scale should be there. Very effective.

Product seems legit as I have no way to find out what they sent is what I ordered,I am assuming it is what they say it is and product is fine but packing is not user friendly very difficult to zip lock pack over and over,a box like packing is appreciated

Very good for improving gut health and over health. Saw a really good effect in less than a week. Started with 4 grams and now I'm taking 10 grams daily.Also using l-theanine of the same brand which is also very effective.Only downside is that they do not give a good scoop based on the recommended dosage of the product. Many such scoops and measuring options are available on Amazon so also buy 1 that gives u a range of measurements.

Not sure if it's pure have taken tablets before but soon as I had a teaspoon with water fainted. Doctor advise to stop taking.

100% original Glutamine. Though it's mentioned odourless and unflavoured but the original Glutamine has its unique aroma and taste. Helped me in recovery time post workout.
