After installing this RAMs my iMac running very slower.

Installed on my iMac 21.5 (2009) - now its 4+4+2+2 = 12GB RAM. System response speed is pretty good now. No more spinning wheels.

Working good as of now. Nothing special good or bad.

Great memory! I bought this memory to install in my late 2009 white macbook and so far its been working wonders:) My awesome mac reads all 8 GB of memory and uses it all without any problems. I am glad I spent the $65.00 on this, it was wort every penny. UPDATE** So its been almost 6 months, I wanted to keep you guys updated to let you know how its still working. So 6 months later this memory still works great, I have never had a problem with the memory upgrade and overall my old late 2009 white MacBook is able to have many tabs open without signs of slowing down. Keep in mind this Mac does use the CORE2DUO processor not the CORE i5 OR i7 PROCESSORS so in other words its not going to be as fast as my mid 2012 MacBook pro. I won't be able to edit 4K videos or play triple A games but I will have the ability to keep more tabs and apps open and just do more without having to wait for something to reload. I just bought this 8GB RAM kit to help my white MacBook keep up with the modern operation systems. The processor is up to the task but the very limiting 2GB of RAM it came installed with was holding it back drastically. It may have been enough for 2008 and 2009 but in todays world 2 GIGs of RAM is NOTHING. If I would of kept the 2GB RAM in my white MacBook there would be no way it would be able to run the OS while allowing me to use my apps without it being VERY SLOW AND LAGGY. This RAM helps my Mac prolong its life and overall usability. Keep in mind tablets and phones now come standard with 2GB of RAM, my iPad mini 4 has 2GB of RAM. Just to use a modern operating system (Windows and Mac OS) it needs at least 2GB of RAM, thats just enough to load the OS and use it comfortably and smoothly without any lag but if you plan on doing ANYTHING ELSE (like browse the web, watch youtube, netflix, play a game or app, use iTunes, etc.) you will see your system run very slow and overall become unusable. I think if you want to use a computer like how its meant to be used you should at the very least have 4GB of RAM but if you can install more RAM definitely do it, installing more will only help your system. I am keeping this product at 5 stars because its a great product, its still doing what I need and want it to do without giving me any problems. If you are debating on upgrading the RAM in your older white MacBooks Id say go for it. The CORE2DUO processors are still powerful enough to do any basic task like watching online videos, video chat and play some non demanding games. Works perfectly in my mid-2010 MacBook Pro. That year can only support PC3-8500 DDR3 RAM so be careful if you choose other options. If you upgrade your OSX you can use up to 16GB but it is usually more expensive because PC3-8500 RAM is not frequently manufactured. Be careful if you are buying 16GB upgrade packages for your mid-2010 MBP. Just undo your screws using small phillips heads, keeping track of where the long screws are located. Pop out the battery connector (carefully) using a flat edge like a guitar pick. Push down on the RAM modules evenly to pop them up. Remove the first, then the second. Put in the new RAM modules as you removed the old ones but in reverse. Push down to lock them all in. Remember to reconnect your battery.

Llevo ya unos cuantos meses usándolas y no han presentado ninguna falla. Antes mi lap tenia memoria de solo 4GB (2 memorias de 2GB) y constantemente tenia problemas de rendimiento, al actualizar a estas los problemas se minimizaron (o incluso desaparecieron en algunos casos). Difícil decir si mi lap o las aplicaciones se han vuelto "más rápidas" por actualizar la memoria, ya que también he realizado actualizaciones de las aplicaciones y del sistema operativo, y si bien noto una pequeña mejora en este aspecto, es mas probable que sea por la actualización del software.
