These shoes are amazingly well made compared to others I've bought, especially for the price. However, I admit that their sizing tips threw me off, because they are supposedly men's shoes, so I assumed I would use a smaller size, based on their tips and measurements, being I'm female. As it turns out, I should've ordered my normal shoe size 8, rather than the 7.5, because the tip of my toe was squarely at the tip of the shoe, and therefore uncomfortable, especially with socks on, which is how I plan to wear them, for Tai Chi practice.I've returned them, but I plan on ordering again, this time in an 8. Hopefully I'll get it right this time because I'm really looking forward to trying these out.

i am a 20 year practitioner of YANG STYLE LONG FORM TAI CHI...i have picked up sets of CHI GUNG from TOM BISIO and on YOU TUBE...CHI GUNG sets from FAT MONK IN YELLOW ROBE from SHAOLIN TEMPLE...short story long... i have been wearing rope and rubber canvas shoes for 20 years... and they were fine...BUT THESE HIP HOP WUSHU KUNG FU SHOES ARE AWESOME AND OUT OF THIS WORLD...FAR SUPERIOR...they cost a little more...but should last 10 years...THESE SHOES ARE SO AWESOME I NOT ONLY PRACTICE TAI CHI DAILY IN THEM...BUT WOULD LOVE TO BOOGIE DOWN IN THEM. AWESOMELY COMFY.

Old, red-soled "kung fu" slipper RIP.I LOVE these martial art shoes. First, they are true to size. Thank you! Second, the materials and craftsmanship are fantastic. Third, they are very, very comfortable shoes and they look great. I had some admiring glances the first time I wore them. And forth, the sole is honestly designed for both indoor and outdoor use.These are contemporary martial art shoes that make the old "kung fu" slipper completely antiquated. Don't despair if you have the old style slippers- they still make great bug swatters.

They were too big, even tho I wrote in the correct size.

This shoes are extremely comfortable, it feels like as if you don't wear shoes at all. It gives minimal padding so if you don't like walking on rough terrain, don't go on it with this shoes. Running is ok but needs to have socks that will have some what of a grip otherwise it will slip out of your shoes

These are nice comfortable shoes for indoor/outdoor walking. I bought the same shoes for $29.99 from another vendor also on Amazon just to see if there is any quality difference. It turned out that they are identical made by the same manufacturer in Beijing.
