Does it come with the obd ll connector or do I have to buy it separate?

All Plug-N-Play units (76 series) come with the OBD II connector specific to that model of truck, but if you need to keep that port open for a tuner or any other device to use that port then you need the pass through harness which is part #76404-01A and this does not come with the unit.

Just installed mine but when I open the door they go up and when I close the door they come down is there anyway to fix that

Try to reset it, disconnect it for a couple of minutes with your doors closed, if that don't work, you may have to swap the motors wires, either cut and swap or pluck them of the harness and swap them.

How far do they drop down?
