I wanted to wait a week before I posted a review. The first couple days. I took the 2 capsules but for the past 4 days, I’ve taken 4 capsules/day. Honestly, I feel differences! I run at 4 or 4:30am, and I’ve felt better this past week. It’s hard to explain. I don’t have any bloatedness anymore, my energy is better, and I just way less overall soreness like I’ve been feeling for the past year. I will keep at this since I definitely don’t have negative side effects. Great price and product!

Wow, this stuff is fresh and goes to work immediately! I could tell it worked as it had the same effects as if I had taken antibio, like the warm flush you get. I have a hard time taking antibio and for me, this is a safe alternative. I never expected this and was only aware of this effect after i took it for the first time. Do not take it like it says on the bottle or it might swamp you as it did me. I only take one when ANYTHING in my body starts acting up. I initially used it to heal after "the sickness of our time" to help with stomach/digestion issues. So, its high quality, real, fresh and it 100% works.

This stuff has definitely made a difference in my love life and now my husband has started taking it and we’re no young perps either! Great stuff . Really has an effect on energy, pain from just plain soreness from having more energy therefore started losing weight! Must try!

I often times will open capsules and take half doses of my supplements. This has the added benefit of giving me knowledge of how the supplement should taste which can give me another indicator of quality or of something is off. This Nattokinase definitely tasted strange. The Natural Factors brand I but is very refined like a white powder. This brand tasted funky but after trying Natto for the first time I realized it's just a lot less refined and has a residual Natto flavor in the capsule. The taste is identical to how Natto aftertaste is. So, the product is definitely less refined than some more trusted brands. Whether that is good or bad I guess depends on what's left over? I'm guessing that's why this product is so much cheaper though. They are saving money on the refining process and not going as far as molecular distillation of the ingredients or whatever process they use. It's clear to me this is the case because my other Nattokinase tastes nothing like Natto. No residual flavor in the capsule whatsoever. It's also a clear white powder whereas this brand has a brownish color and looks more gritty.

Helps with health,easy to swallow and nice know helps with my blood pressure seems to me to be thinning the blood and prevent blockage, not a doctor but I'm still kicking lol!

Every time I went to any of my doctors, they would say I needed a scan of my leg. They thought there was a clot forming. I had suffered from edema, and weeping wounds - and now my calf swole up and things were getting worse for me. Someone told me about Nattokinase, I started taking it with some Nitric Oxide boosters and my legs are fine now. I even stopped taking blood pressure meds and my legs are skinny again. Wounds are healing. say what you want, but I think this stuff dissolved the clot. I take two a day.

Good supplement. As described.

I still have faith in nattokinase even though my enthusiasm is waining. Other things are taking my focus. When I am consistent it works well an BP is lowered.
