Le Veneziane Italian Gluten Free Corn Pasta Pipe Rigate 250

Since beginning a gluten free diet nearly 2 years ago, my husband & I have been in search for the perfect pasta. Pasta should have a texture that inspires one to actually eat more than they "need" to because it's so good. Le Veneziane has that perfect bite. You could easily serve this pasta to non-GF guests...it's that delicious...but you won't want to as you will want it for yourself!

I have been cooking Gluten Free for my husband and daughter for the past 8 years. As everyone that cooks GF knows pasta can be anywhere from tasting like cardboard to OK. This is the first pasta I've cooked that holds together well (even in leftovers) great texture and nice flavor. Really Really Good I'm now ordering by the case

This is by far the best gluten-free pasta on the market. The other ones are too heavy too thick or just don’t have the right texture and flavor. Then this alters the food you’re eating. I enjoy making Italian soups and stews and was hard-pressed to find a small pasta. I try and buy in bulk, because it seems like this gets sold out quickly.
