Has anyone used this flour for flatbread pizza crust? king arthur flour recommends mixing semolina and duram flours. this looks like both.

I have not used it to make flat bread but i have used it for pizza. The flour is a finer mill so you may have to use more but the added flavor is nice.

What is the expiration date?

There shouldn't need to be an expiration with flour, I used mine right away. If you need to store it, the freezer is a good place.

is it bleached or unbleached flour?

As it's semolina flour, I don't think it's bleached.

Can someone please tell me is this flour white or more yellowish in color? thank you.

Hello, it has a light yellow color, not as yellow as corn meal but it is not white like regular four.
