So far so good... I bought this reishi powder as part of a natural approach to my infertility struggle, and was really expecting it to taste horrible because, lets be honest, most chinese herbs I have taken taste like dirt. I have been using 1 teaspoon every morning for 5 days now, and while I am not magically pregnant (lol), I have noticed some positive side effects. My mood has been much more stable and calm than it has been in several years. I find myself not getting easily agitated over little things that used to annoy me (part of my hormonal imbalance is terrible mood swings). I have actually woken up without a groggy reluctant to get out of bed feeling, and have been going to sleep easily without a struggle. Time will tell if this helps with excess androgens in my body, but I am definitely feeling better every day while using it. I hear you can add it to all kinds of things like soups and smoothies and whatnot, but I fear a hot soup might damage any nutritional properties (not scientifically sure so dont quote me!) and a smoothie with mushroom powder does not sound up my alley at all. My preference has been to mix 1 tsp powder with a little hot water from my culligan dispenser to make a paste and get it all mixed well, and then add a little more water to make a thin gravy. Just shoot it back and follow up with your healthy morning breakfast. I dont mind the taste, its just a rich umami flavor and not really bitter at all, but I like umami and earthy flavors and eat a clean diet anyhow so this is the perfect way to enjoy it for me. Try it, reap the many benefits! I hope I can post an update soon that this has helped my hormonal balance! :)

I was interested in reishi after being suggested Organo’s king coffee with reishi spores. I wasn’t feeling up for the MLM, so I tried this instead. I know this one isn’t the spores, but it’s at a good price. This may be my gateway into mushroom adaptogens! I like how it makes me feel (possibly placebo?). It tastes like black tea - tart and bitter. Mix it with some honey and it’s great! In regards to packaging, I had to move the product to a mason jar because the bag would explode my countertop with reishi powder every time I opened the bag. It also clumps a lot, and takes significant effort to break up the clumps. Would still buy again.

My doctor and nutritionist sent me a recipe for a hot drink that had this ingredient in it to try. I am trying to eat better and use natural ingredients to aid in clearing up my system so I feel better. This is one of the steps in the process. I had no problem mixing it with the other ingredients or having issues withe the side effects. Even though it is a bit costly, it is a good value for the money considering how little is used in this recipe. Please try this and see if you see any good changes in how you feel.

I am actually brand new to this mushroom and getting into herbs for health in general. In fact, I learned of Reishi from a video game my boyfriend plays called, "The Long Dark," which if you're not familiar is a survival game. You can scavenge and harvest things in nature to help you survive and one of them is Reishi. You pick it off the tree stump and can make tea from it to help heal wounds. There's also rose hip for pain relief. So I got curious, thinking it was something made up for the game and upon research discovered of course it's real and is hella good for you. I am now obsessed with reishi and now want to get into chaga. I've also started playing The Long Dark as well. The package of this powder says it is quite bitter so it recommends lemon juice to cover it. I tried it both ways and it is really not that bitter, at least not to me. I actually prefer to drink it straight without lemon. It is easy to mix in hot water and I drink up to 3-4 cups a day now. Also got the boyfriend into it. He wishes they made it as a Keurig. Lol. Haven't been drinking it that long so I don't know it's long term effects. I will update later. All i know is right now it's been helping with stomache aches when I've eaten too much. It's very soothing.

I think it's very good. It's fine quality and it's also presently delivered within 2 days. I recently bought Chaga, another medicinal mushroom from an Indian company to try because of the cheaper price. I find its quality very strange compared to Chaga I got from an American company. American packets are full of information about how it's certified organic etc but no such info on the Indian packets. More likely they write "Now you can enjoy Chaga in the comfort of your own home"😂 I really don't need that information with the small amount of space you have for informing us. Lol This Reishi if kept some time may become hard. Then you need to break pieces off and let them sit in water a while It's really nice quality and I feel strength after each time I take it I do not know about long term effects but I figure it's been helpful and am buying this one for the second time now

Bought this Reishi powder extract to use for making a tea. I bring the water almost to a boil, put it into a large mug with about 1/2 tsp of powder, and leave it to steep for a few minutes. The powder dissolves completely and it tastes great!!. Has a flavour similar to Rooibos tea… a bit earthy with a sweetness. I will continue having a tea a day and see if it helps improve my immune system, as I am prone to sickness over the fall/winter.

This Reichi is a good source to one's health betterment. It has many benefits and is well sourced. I add it to my Smoothies and my my Poke and Buddha bowl and other meals.

This product had good reviews until 2019. You can go through the previous 5 star and 1 star reviews and check their dates. I bought this without doing proper research. My mistake. As per one of the latest reviews, this product caused him liver damage. So I emailed the company for their test report for heavy metals and beta glucan content. Their latest lab results were done on 2019 which is strange. Some reviews after that says the product quality has changed as well. I decided to avoid risking my health. I'm not consuming it.
