Why do the tiles say OK?

The company put out the same game under the name OK Play. Not sure why two versions, but you can find product for se under both names

Cinco linko you show has only 15 tiles per color, I want to purchase the version that has 22 tiles per color. Where can I buy that version of the game

I searched Amazon, EBay, etc and didn’t see a 22 tiles per color option. Even the https://bigpotato.com/us/games/cinco-linko didn’t provide we with a solution. Best of luck on your search as it’s a great game!

can you play with 8 people if you buy 2 games?

Maybe you mark all the pieces to be different. It doesn't come in different colors so you wouldn't know which pieces are for the players without marking them.
