I add a spoonful of soy lecithin to my cereal in the mornings along with peanut butter. Soy lecithin helps make my diet more ketogenic which Is recommended for better mental health. This is a mixture of phospholipids, one of them being phosphatidylcholine. It produces choline in the body which improves my focus, memory, energy and mood. It is a very effective brain supplement that is cheaper than medicines and does not need a psychiatrist’s prescription. Showing my empty bottle that I finished.

About packaging
The product was delivered without the lid. Only aluminium foil coated on the lid. Worst experience

You get a lot but protency is not up to the mark.
I bought Soya Lecithin because it is am emulsifier but what I got does not seems to work well as emulsifier. Emulsifier enables water and oil to mix but No matter how much you add Urban Platter SOYA Lecithin water and oil separates. It does not work as expected. Potency of this emulsifier is very bad.
